Partner FAQs
Will my customers know it's VCDesk?
No. Desks carry your brand or your customer's, and the "Powered by VCDesk" badge can be removed. Voltex never appears in your relationship with your customers.
Is there a minimum number of customers?
No. The platform fee includes 10 desks, so you can start with one customer and grow into it.
Can I use my own helpdesk for my own support too?
Yes. Your own business can run on a desk in your portfolio, like any other customer.
Do you offer volume pricing?
For larger portfolios, yes. Get in touch and we'll set a rate that fits.
How do I sign up?
Confirm your email, read and sign the reseller agreement, then complete the partner subscription through Stripe. Enter your founding partner code at checkout if you have one.
